How does Doji work?
Body odor is caused by foreign bacteria that lives on your skin. It eats your sweat and emits a nasty smell we know as body odor. Gross - we know. Your body odor isn’t even yours! It’s invading bacteria farting on you. Doji stops body odor by eliminating the odor-causing bacteria that lives on your skin.
Does it take time to adjust after I switch deodorant?
Doji will start working on day one. Unlike most natural deodorants, you won’t need an adjustment period to get rid of BO. That said, if you’re switching from long-time use of an antiperspirant, then you may see an increase in sweat production while your body flushes out the aluminum that’s been clogging your pores. We recommend sticking with Doji for two weeks while your body adjusts.
Does it defend against sweat?
Doji does not contain aluminum and that is the only ingredient that can make the claim to control perspiration. We believe that Doji is the absolute best deodorant for stopping body odor, but we don't make the claim to stop sweat. If you're a long-time antiperspirant user, it may take a couple of weeks for your body to regulate your sweat production after stopping use of an aluminum-based product. What’s the difference between deodorant and antiperspirant?
Anti-perspirant prevents you from sweating. That is, the aluminum contained in anti-perspirant acts as a plug on your body’s sweat ducts and prevents you from sweating and releasing other byproducts of sweat. Deodorant works by eliminating odor-causing bacteria to keep you fresh all day.
What ingredients are used to make Doji Natural Deodorant?
Full ingredient list: Organic Cane Ethanol, Purified Water, Organic Vegetable Glycerin, Organic Citric Acid, Fragrance Blend of 100% Organic Essential Oils.

What is the bottle made out of?
We only use glass bottles for Doji. We believe that single-use plastic is insane. The deodorant industry contributes a massive amount of plastic waste to our environment every day - and we would like to change that.
How long will a bottle last?
With regular use of 3-5 sprays per pit every day, a 2 fl oz. bottle will last 6-8 weeks.
Can I use it on other areas, or is it strictly for pits?
Doji is perfectly safe for all external use on the body. We advise against spraying it on your face, because it can be irritating if it gets in your eyes. Everywhere else is fair game!
Is Doji made with aluminum or propylene glycol?
No, Doji is made without aluminum and propylene glycol.
Is Doji made with baking soda?
For a large percentage of the population, baking soda can cause an uncomfortable rash under their arms. For this reason, Doji is made without baking soda.
Is it ok to apply to freshly shaved armpits?
Yes it’s ok to apply. However, after shaving, your skin is often irritated and more sensitive. Using it immediately after shaving might sting a little bit, so it's best to wait a bit before applying to your freshly shaved skin.
How long does the scent last?
The scent will last all day, but more importantly if and when it does wear off, you won't smell like BO. Most other deodorants just cover up body odor with strong artificial fragrances. Doji actually kills the odor-causing bacteria, fixing the root cause of BO, rather than just covering it up.

How long will it take to get my package?
All orders ship within 1-2 days of receipt. Within the United States, your package will arrive 2-5 business days after shipping.
